The teacher matching service is FREE. There is NO additional costs incurred by the student.

Our co-ordinators are usually able to arrange a suitable engagement with a violin teacher within 24 hours. Lessons can begin as early as a week's time.

The quoted fee is based on 4 weeks per month. There is usually no lesson on the 5th week (in a 5 weeks month). However, you may request the teacher to conduct additional lesson on the 5th week and pay the additional weekly fee, pro-rated from the 4 week quoted fee.

Upon prior request, the violin teacher is obliged to present all the relevant qualification certificates for your verification on the 1st lesson. Please contact us immediately in the event of discrepancy.

Yes. You can. In Singapore Violin Lessons, it is our mission to connect you a reliable and suitable teacher. However, we would highly recommend that the student try the teacher for at least 4 lessons so as to adapt to each other learning / teaching style before requesting for change.

No, there is no registration fee.

You can apply to join our pool of violin teachers by completing Violin Teacher Registration Form. All personal information and academic results must be accurately filled in.

Upon a successful match, 50% of the first month fees would be taken as administration charges from the violin teacher’s fees upon the commencement of the assignment. The teacher will get full payment of the fees from the second month onward.

At least Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM) or Trinity College London (TCL).

No, but you are encouraged to. Violin learning is passion as well as skill. Skills can be demonstrated during the lesson. Passion is shown by how far you are willing to go with your skills. This also gives the parent and the child a vision of a possible path that they can embark on.

We take a very serious view of any violin teacher mis-presenting his/ her qualifications. We will not hesitate to blacklist violin teacher in our database and ceased all immediate assignment placements with Singapore Violin Lessons.
